Aaron Morris
Managing Director of Portfolio Development
Aaron Morris is Managing Director of Portfolio Development at Parallel Equity Partners, where he leads the firm’s growth with portfolio company boards, compensation committees, and executive teams on the pay, equity, and workforce decisions that determine how well a company scales. He brings more than two decades of experience designing total rewards and compensation architectures for organizations moving from Series C through IPO and into public-company board governance.
Aaron’s practice sits at the intersection of compensation strategy and quantitative risk. He pairs deep total rewards expertise with actuarial valuation to help boards make decisions that hold up to a compensation committee, a regulator, and a market that won’t sit still, from long-term incentive design and executive pay to job architecture, sales incentives, and pay-for-performance governance. Across the PEP portfolio, he has guided leveling systems, equity strategy, and people-analytics capabilities that turn workforce, performance, and cost data into board-ready insight.
Before PEP, Aaron held senior compensation and actuarial roles across technology, financial services, and management consulting, and has served as a compensation committee and board advisor to public and pre-IPO companies. He holds a B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration from DePaul University.
