Aaron is a compensation strategist and quantitative researcher with over 20 years of experience helping executive teams and boards make defensible, data-driven decisions about pay, talent, and organizational design. As Board Advisor and Head of Quantitative Research for Parallel Equity Partners and Vantage Point Analytics, Aaron oversees the firm’s analytical methodology — applying actuarial science, econometric modeling, and advanced workforce analytics to compensation benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and incentive plan design for public and private companies.
